Usedom-Rostock-Lübeck-Hamburg-Osnabrück
A route along the German coast from the Polish/German border on the island of Usedom via Rostock, Lübeck, Hamburg and Bremen to the Westfälischer Jakobsweg at Osnabrück is being developed by the St. Jakobus-Gesellschaft Norddeutschland. There is a spur from Stralsund.
