Rostock-Bad Wilsnack-Tangermünde
A route connecting Rostock on the Baltisch-Westfälischer Jakobsweg, via Kloster Tempzin and Bad Wilsnack, with Tangermünde on the Sachsen-Anhalt route is being developed by the Freundeskreis der Jakobswege in Norddeutschland and the St Jakobusgesellschaft Berlin-Brandenburg.
